Meal & a Doula

Service Description

The goal of this service is for the birthing person and their supporting partner(s) to receiving a nourishing meal while having the space to check-in with an experienced doula that specializes in lactation support, newborn care, postpartum nutrition and your overall healing. Your Investment Includes: Warming Tea - to enjoy warm and store for later An option to choose a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal (recipes to choose from will be sent prior to scheduled visit) Meal of your choice made in the comfort of your own home Ingredients for meal of choice Space to ask any questions regarding newborn care, postpartum healing, breast/bottle feeding and all things postpartum!
